General Information

 

Printed programmes will not be available. A full list of competing swimmers will be found above approximately 1 week sfter the closing date, together with the Meet Programme, which can be downloaded and printed if you require a hard copy.  Live Results including start lists, will be available on line on the day of competition and can be viewed on your smart phone. As a rule the start lists are updated approximately 30 minutes after the warm up has commenced once withdrawals have been processed. Follow the link here ⇒      LIVE RESULTS

• There will be online withdrawals which your coaches will manage. 
•  There is ample free parking on site but if staying for more than 4hrs, users must download an all day pass to avoid receiving a parking fine.   You must only park in designated bays. Please use the following link.    ⇒  Parking pass.
• The leisure centre is cashless, and this includes entry to the balcony.  Cost for spectators £3 per session or £5 for a full day. Children free.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDING UPDATE - NO MOBILE PHONES IN CHANGING ROOMS

Following an increase in the number of swimmers that are having photos/videos taken of them under/over changing cubicles, the Swim England National Safeguarding Team have asked for additional procedures to be put in place to protect our athletes. 

 

• Parents are not allowed in the changing village.
• Swimmers are not permitted to take any electronic devices into the changing village unless they are in their bags.
• Coaches and volunteers must keep their phones in their bags / pockets when they are walking through the changing village.
• We will have marshals patrolling the changing areas - anyone found not following the rules will be reported to the National Safeguarding Team and asked to leave the centre immediately.
• We would add this is a criminal offence so we will have no alternative but to call the police if an incident occurs.
