Current situation regarding outstanding paperwork and payments appears on the Participating Swimmers tab below.

  • If the payment column is blank it means I have not received confirmation that payment has been made.

Please make sure your swimmers know which lane they are allocated for the swim saessions. There are two groups - Group A for the younger swimmers and group B for the older ones.

Finally, a few things to note:

  1. Team Managers are Gem MacLachlan from Herne Bay and Clive van Delden from Dover.
  2. Sign in on arrival each day – Sheets will be by club in alphabetical order.
  3. Please make sure your children know which group they are in and which lane. This is attached and will be on the website.
  4. There are a number of swimmers with severe nut allergies – to minimise the risk of medical incidents please do not send nuts in your children’s packed lunches.
  5. Please ask your children not to bring their mobile phones we cannot take responsibility for them.
  6. If your swimmer has an injury but still wants to come this is fine – but please tell the Team Managers so we can ensure we don’t ask them to do something that will aggravate the injury.
